Sliding out of control!

We had a bit of excitement tonight… I had friends around for tea. We’d just finished tea and were sitting down discussing deep things when all of a sudden we heard a squealing noise. My mate Will wondered if it was a car crash so he got up and ran to the the door.

It turned out that someone had been going too fast on a wet night. They had turned the bend really fast, lost control of their car, slid off the bank and stopped short of hitting into a house. Glad no one was hurt! Hope they learnt a lesson!

  4. Doesn’t it annoy you when people do that? Plain stupidity! That’s what the person was doing when they crashed into us last Christmas…going too fast in the wet weather *sigh*
